We are thrilled to welcome you! For your convenience we have listed the main elements of your reservation below.

Cancellation Policy & Damage Deposit

  • Upfront Payment / Booking deposit: 30% of the total booking amount. Full refund of the booking deposit for cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking request minus transaction fees, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away and provided the booking deposit has been received.

  • 50% refund of the booking deposit for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in.

  • No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

  • The rest of the booking value together with a 300€ damage deposit shall be provided upon arrival. The damage deposit will be returned provided that no damages to the property are found and that the occupied spaces are left reasonably clean.

Payment options

  • If you opted for a Bank Transfer:  your selected dates have been blocked in the system and you'll receive an email containing information including T'adelfia's bank account number and information to send back.  For the booking to be confirmed & finalized the upfront payment should be received within 4 working days of the booking request on T'adelfia's bank account, otherwise T'adelfia reserves the right to delete the request from its systems.

  • If you opted for a Credit Card payment you should receive an email confirming your booking soon.
